Definitions
"FekrHub" refers to the co-working and creative space operated in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. "Member" refers to any individual who creates an account or purchases a plan. "Services" includes desk access, room bookings, events, and ambassador programs.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. FekrHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Plans & Payments
All plans are prepaid. Hourly plans are deducted per session. Weekly and monthly plans have fixed validity periods. Refunds are only issued in accordance with our refund policy. Accepted payment methods include Mada, Apple Pay, and cash at the front desk.
Space Usage
Members must respect the shared workspace environment. Noise levels should be kept appropriate for the area. Food and beverages are allowed in designated areas only. FekrHub is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended.
Our agreement with you is simple — mutual respect, transparent pricing, and a space that treats you with dignity.
Cancellations & Freezes
Room bookings can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the reserved time. Plan freezes are subject to the conditions specified in each plan. Unused hours do not carry over beyond the plan's validity period.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials on the FekrHub platform are the property of FekrHub. Members retain full ownership of their own work created within the space.
Amendments
FekrHub reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or WhatsApp. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
